In oil-water separators, oil is separated from the condensate generated in compressed air systems. The separator manages to efficiently separate oil from the condensate because the oil-containing condensate is led through various separators and filters within the separator. When the condensate flows through, the oil in the separator is filtered through the various elements. The first oil-adsorbing element usually has a saturation indicator, providing the user with a visual performance check of the separator. The filter elements were developed on the basis of different adsorption technologies with the aim of achieving an oil residue value less than 10ppm at the outlet. The final stage contains specially selected activated carbon to separate the residual impurities.
We supply the complete range of oil-water separators for all common compressed air treatment units.
