The HHD series offers the ideal combination of technology and simplicity to dry your compressed air system to a dew point of +3°C (at a delivery amount of 0,3 to 200m³/min.).
Air that is saturated with water vapor enters the dryer and is tentatively cooled in the air/air heat exchanger. Then the air undergoes the process of further refrigeration in the evaporator and reaches the required dew point temperature. Water vapor condenses into liquid droplets, which are derived by the demister. The cold and dry compressed air is then led back through the air/air heat exchanger and is reheated before exiting the refrigeration dryer.
